Okay, folks, we may be a little biased, but we believe that there is no place more beautiful in Southern Arizona than Agua Linda Farm in the spring.  For years we have been hosting an Easter celebration for our family and friends and we have decided to let you in on the fun!  Celebrate Easter on our farm, only 30 minutes south of Tucson with Easter Egg Hunt and Picnic! Flowers are blooming, grass is green, trees are sporting new, fresh leaves and, usually, there are baby animals waiting for a visit.  We have put together a wonderful package for you and scheduled the event on the Saturday before Easter (we are closed Easter Sunday).  There will be egg hunts, ponies to ride, animals to visit, you-pick veggies in the garden, scenic hayrides, face painting, lawn games and, to top it off, we will put a lovely picnic lunch together in a basket for your family to enjoy (optional)! THIS YEAR'S PACKAGE IS DIFFERENT THAN LAST YEAR'S, SO READ CAREFULLY!

Please RSVP to this event (using form at the bottom of this page) as it is VERY helpful to have an idea of head-count.  In that same line of thinking - PLEASE NOTIFY US IF YOU WILL BE CANCELLING!

We have decided this year to charge an admission that includes most of the farm activities (see below) with the picnic and pony rides priced separately.  Read on for details.

Admission this year is $12/person regardless of age (except non-participating infants) and includes the activities listed below!

• Easter Egg Hunt (children ages 12 and under, see details below)
• Scavenger Hunt (for older kids, see details below)
• Bounce House (all ages)
• Facepainting (all ages)
• Lawn games and tire swings (all ages)
• Petting zoo visits (all ages)
• Hayrides (all ages)
• Pet REAL live bunnies (last year we counted on someone to bring bunnies who didn't show up - this year we have our own!!)
• Beautiful photo ops!

Additional Options (for additional cost)

• Picnic lunch $5-$10 - Picnic lunch is optional this year (and therefore not included in admission) -  we will put together a spring inspired lunch for you using fresh Agua Linda grown greens.  Go to the Garden Grill to order your meal and we will call your name when your picnic basket is ready.  The menu will include 4-5 choices and prices will range from $5 for child's choices up to $10.  You can enjoy your lunch on one of our picnic tables under the dining tent or ramada or spread a blanket under one of our giant shade trees in the grass (bring a blanket or borrow ours while supplies last!).  The menu will include yummy sandwich and salad options.  No outside food is permitted.
• Pony Rides $5 - pony rides are not included with the less expensive admission this year (many kids just weren't up for it!), but our darling horses will be ready for a rides at $5 each.  One full size horse will be available for older kids or adults.
• Farm Stand - $vary - Come see our spring garden (we have some you-pick veggies scheduled to come off for Easter, but Mother-Nature has the final say on that) and shop for homemade jams and local honey in the Farm Store.
• "Sweet Treats" Candy Shop - $ Vary -If your sweet tooth isn't satisfied after robbing your child's Easter basket, you can purchase goodies in our candy store.

Easter Egg Hunt Details

The Easter Egg Hunt is for children 12 and under (older children can do the Farm Scavenger Hunt, see below).

Don't forget your basket (we will have extras for sale at check-in).

4 hunts are scheduled at 11, 12, 1, and 2:00 (another will be added at 3:00 if we need to).  You will receive your child's hunt time at check-in and an anouncement will be made over a loud speaker for your group's turn. Advance hunt time reservations are not possible. Kids will gather a dozen eggs in our private backyard which is green, grassy and lovely! (bring your camera!).  Eggs are plastic candy or prize filled. Hunt area will NOT be divided by age group (we like families to be able to stay together!).

Farm Scavenger Hunt

For older children (13 and up, and adults, if you like!), get a scavenger hunt form at check in.  Find all the items on the list and return to the check in counter to redeem your finds for a large treat-filled Easter Egg! and enter a drawing for an Easter Themed Prize (announced at 3pm - must be present to win).

Weather

Okay, folks, this is a farm and this event is outside, so watch the forecast and dress appropriately!  We are spoiled by lovely weather here in Southern Arizona, so if it is a little chilly or rainy, don't stay home - COME ANYWAY!  We will have our large event tent up and the ramada available with a fire if needed.  THIS EVENT WILL HAPPEN RAIN OR SHINE! There will be no refunds for any pre-paid reservations or promotions.
